A creative and imaginative party game where players use beautifully illustrated cards to tell stories or provide clues.

Short description/ Goal of the game:

“Dixit” is a creative and imaginative party game where players use beautifully illustrated cards to tell stories or provide clues. In each round, one player takes on the role of the storyteller and selects a card from their hand. They then give a word, phrase, or short story that relates to the card’s artwork without revealing the card itself.

The other players choose cards from their own hands that they feel best match the storyteller’s clue and submit them face-down. All the chosen cards, including the storyteller’s card, are shuffled and revealed. Players then vote on which card they think belongs to the storyteller.

The objective is to have some, but not all, players guess the storyteller’s card correctly, as this earns points. “Dixit” encourages creativity, abstract thinking, and communication through visual storytelling, making it a delightful and artistic game for gatherings of friends and family.
