  • Share experiences in the game Complimento – construct stories together with your colleagues.
  • Reflect and exchange in the game Dilemo – this game is less game and more of a method for intervision.

Recommendation for use

Most of these games are best for beginners at customer service. The games provide are a tool to discuss customer service and everyone is on the same page. Bear in mind that these games are part of a training session and can’t be bought separately.
