Short description

Salubria is an educational Q&A card game that promotes the benefits of healthy living.Includes 4 Question Categories, 200 Quiz Questions and Answers, and Countless Healthy Living Tips. All questions are validated by health professionals, including Professor Donal O’ Shea, weight management and obesity expert, and consultant with the Department of Health, Dublin, Ireland. Categories – Fitness, Healthy Living, Nutrition, General Knowledge.

Educational value/ Learning Objectives

Aim of the game is to collect cards from each of the four categories by correctly answering questions, and to make good use of strategy options that arise.

Recommendations for use

  • Playing “Salubria The Health Game” – participants are divided into teams, and learn through play – a proven and very effective way to learn. 
  • For deeper understanding can be organized Salubria Health Workshop what is  a unique, fun, and team-based approach to promote the benefits of healthy living, through a two part workshop. The workshop will improve employee health awareness – leading to better decision-making around lifestyle choices, and will highlight the important link between making healthy choices and illness prevention.
